Wow, wow and more wow!
Wow, wow and more wow! We closed on our property in record time, 1 week before we needed to! Charlie and Austin Capital have a “can-do” approach to everything. Do yourself a favor and go with Austin Capital!
Austin Capital has been our broker of choice for 3 home purchases (and one refinance) in Austin and counting. We have loved every part of the experience from end to end, and they have been incredibly helpful with every question along the way. Charlie, Adrienne, and their team should be everyone’s go-to in the Austin market. 10/10 would recommend (and have recommended) to every single person I know looking to purchase real estate in the Central Texas region. Went above and beyond!
I went through a refinance of my rental property with Josh Cruz and he went above and beyond in making the process as smooth and transparent as I could’ve hoped for. He was on top of the ball during every step of the way, from sending updates during both work and off-work hours, to taking time out for phone calls to explain details of documents. Very professional service
Very professional service, they are very customer-oriented. They make it really easy to navigate through the process. They are really nice people and they explain every aspect of the process thoroughly. I am really glad we used their services because we were able to focus on finding the right home and not worry about the dif phases and details on the Mortgage application.
