Answered ALL my questions
I was (emphasis on WAS) a very discouraged single-mom trying to become a first-time Home Owner, when my file landed on the desk of Rachel Brown. She was my third Loan Officer and the answer to my prayers. Not only did she help us get a great mortgage but she did it with a professional integrity that none of the other lenders possessed. She answered ALL my questions, walked me thru mortgage lingo I didn’t understand and drove from Austin to San Antonio to be at my closing for support! Made the whole process engaging and productive
Unlike a big bank lender, which kept asking for new documents that extended for over 2 months, Austin Capital provided a one time list of the required documents and executed the approval without subject tos within 3 weeks. Easiest loan and house buying process I have done
This was the easiest loan and house buying process I have done. It was great to be able to e-sign most of my documents. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. It was the quickest I have purchased a house. It was a great experience.

The best team I’ve ever worked with
Can’t say enough good things about this lender! Hands down the best team I’ve ever worked with. I’ve bought several homes with them and will continue for eternity. This is all because they have the best Loan Officer on the market ADRIENNE SANCHEZ! This girl is a wizard when it comes to loans. I don’t know how she does it, but dang she is so talented. I recommend this place 11 out of 10!!! The buying experience is flawless with them:)
